ABOUT THE LEAGUE

More games, more touches, more decisions

International Summer Hockey League (ISHL Prague 2027) is a youth tournament for players aged U12 (9–12) and U15 (13–15), running 4 weeks every July. Games are played on weekends — Saturdays for U12, Sundays for U15.

The 3v3 format with no offsides and no icing creates faster gameplay, more puck touches, and better decisions under pressure. Every team reaches the playoffs. No one goes home early.

Live stream on every game, individual stats after every shift, awards that matter — the kind of setup most kids only see in pro leagues.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I sign up without a team?+
Yes — solo players are placed into one of four house teams: Inferno or Storm in U12, Wolves or Lions in U15. You get a jersey at registration.
What level is the league?+
Open to amateur players aged 9–15, divided into U12 (9–12) and U15 (13–15).
Do I need a license?+
No license needed. Each player receives a league helmet sticker upon arrival.
What language is used?+
The league is organized in English and Czech. Officials operate in both languages.
Will there be referees and stats?+
Yes — each game has an on-ice referee and announcer. Best players are awarded after every match.
How many games does each team play?+
Every team is guaranteed at least 6–7 games — group stage + playoffs. No one goes home after just 2–3 games.
What equipment do players need?+
Full ice hockey equipment: helmet with cage, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, shin guards, hockey pants, skates, stick. Goalies need full goalie gear.
Where do games take place?+
All 3v3 games on small rink (19×44 m) at Ice Arena Kateřinky Praha, Háje, Prague 11. Main rink for the All-Star Game. Metro C, Háje — ~20 min from city centre.
What are the registration fees?+

Can parents watch the games?+
Yes. Seating for 600 spectators, viewing areas next to both rinks, restaurant, café and parent lounge.
What is the 3v3 format with goalies?+
3 skaters + 1 goalie per side on small ice. No offsides, no icing — faster gameplay, more touches, more scoring.
Is there medical support on site?+
Yes. A medical professional is present at all games. We ask teams to submit a health disclosure for each player at registration.
